Project Portfolio – Our Work


  • Developed the plan for global restructuring that included plant closures in Europe and the U.S. and impacted employees represented by union agreements. Created timeline, cost estimates, communication requirements and documented the legal risk mitigation strategy.
  • Downsizing projects in multiple industries while mitigating legal risks by complying with WARN and by using well-designed agreements including releases and waivers of claims.
  • Developed employee communication plans including management training, employee letters, employee meetings, “survivor” communications, consultation programs (for international), and follow up programs in preparation for the execution of downsizing.
  • Evaluated the impact of office relocations and developed the employee programs to facilitate office moves and relocation.
  • Human resource plan for the termination of European operations including mass redundancies.
